This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our service, the MyMINT website. If you choose to use our service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at mymint.org.uk, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy. A team of medical doctors research the latest publications in the PIL topics, and the content is then reviewed by another team of medical consultants with over 20 years of experience. All content is referenced and can be easily accessed through the MINT PILs.

All our content comes from the latest research and is evaluated to check its quality. Furthermore, all MINT PILs are reviewed every two years to ensure that the information in them are still up to date and accurate.

All MINT PILs are reviewed and altered in both content and illustrations, to suit the community it is distributed in.

Patients:

How can I access the MINT PILs?

Please visit your health care provider and ask for a link to the MINT PIL you need.

No, you do not need to register. You can log in a as a guest and view your MINT PIL without registering.

- We only need your name, email address or phone number to use as a username. All MINT PILS assigned to you will be linked to the username.
- We do not sell personal information to any third-party companies.
- Anonymous information regarding the use of the MINT PILs may be used for research and development.

- You can see all your MINT PILs at the same platform. As a guest you can only see one PIL at a time.
- You do not need to look for the link every time you need to access it.

- If you have opened your MINT PIL on another device, you will not be able to open the link. All MINT PILs can only be viewed on one device (the one you open it on first).
- All MINT PILs links have an expiry date which may range from a few days to a few month. It is possible your link has expired. If you need to access the information, contact your healthcare provider to send you a new link.

You need to provide the same contact that you have received your link on (email address or phone number) and follow the steps on the link.

- Check that you have the same email address/phone number that you have registered with.
- Check that you have the correct caps lock for the password.

The MINT PIL is linked to the contact info that was provided to your health care provider. This same contact info is your username if you choose to register. You will need to login with the same email address or phone number that the link has been sent to, in order to see the MINT PIL.

Our MINT PILs are constantly getting reviewed to match the latest medical research, and we are constantly updating the leaflets to increase their interactive features. As such, our MINT PILs are time limited to ensure that you have access to the most recent information. If you require access to the MINT PIL again, please ask your doctor for a new link.

Each MINT PIL comes with its references and further readings carefully selected to compliment the information leaflets. These readings all come from notable medical entities from the UK, USA, Australia, and Europe.

At the end of the MINT PIL, you will get a chance to provide feedback on the MINT PIL just viewed.

Refunds Policy

Cancellation Terms:
If you have cancelled the Contract between us within the fourteen-day cooling-off period, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you gave notice of cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the license in full. Licenses are usually sold as a package with a set number of links. We will not refund the price of any links used by your institute and you will be liable to their price in full. If you have cancelled the contract after the fourteen-day period you will be charged a lump sum amount of 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will end the following working day. You will be liable for the price of links whether they were part of the package or bought separately. Links are provided as part of a license package or as a set (with a specific number of links). As these links are provided by third party companies (SMS and Email) any links ordered as a set or as a part of a license package, cannot be refunded if any of them are used. You will need to notify us through email with your decision to cancel the contract. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
